Monica Sadik
Speech Language Pathologist and Founder
Hi! I’m Monica, the owner and lead Speech-Language Pathologist at Blume Speech and Language Therapy. I’m multilingual and passionate about helping people communicate in ways that are meaningful to them.
My clinical focus includes supporting autistic children, Gestalt Language Processors, and individuals with complex communication needs—while also happily working with children with more typical speech and language goals.
I also work with adults post-stroke and those experiencing swallowing or feeding disorders. At Blume, every session is tailored to meet each client where they are, nurture their strengths, and help them blossom in communication and confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my dog, experimenting with sourdough bakes, or dreaming up new therapy ideas over coffee. I started this practice with a big vision: to create a space where clients and families feel seen, supported, and truly heard — and every day, I’m grateful to bring that vision to life.
